Well for some reason my messages are not working. I hope they arent...other wise you got about 5 of them. I wanted to add a pic using HTML but...it keeps making everythng go away when I click on the button. Anyways. Update on Feeling Ruff but going to work out

Ok that was ruff, but the good thing is I made it.  I got in 30 minutes on my treadmill.  Weird how I seemed to sweat more(it seemed like) today.  I popped in a movie and set the treadmill and off I went.  So I am proud of myself Open-mouthed    Now I have to focus on drinking my daily quota.  I am sooo glad I have friends here to help inspire me with your stories.  I hope I can do the same in the future for you.  Keep up the good work.

Feeling Ruff but going to workout

Ok everyone.  You have inspired me to get up and get on the treadmill.  I havent worked out all week(does housework count lol) due to being sick.  Also I have had a 7yr old home sick.  After visiting my friends sites and reading how GREAT you are all doing I have been motivated to alteast get up and try to workout. My Throat feels a bit better and my chest too.  The only thing is I still feel like poo.  I just feel weak.  Not sure why, but I am atleast going to be able to say I tried.  Who knows maybe it will make me feel better.  If you dont hear back from me then you know this wasnt such a good idea lol.....Just kidding. So THANK YOU ALL for your inspiring stories.  Keep up the good job.

Getting Better

Things are getting better.  I have been under the weather and also a sick 7 year old.  I trying to stay on track. I know we started a bit late but will catch up Wink  I moved the treadmill into a room with a tv and stereo.  That will make it much easier to get our cardio done.  Music or tv helps take your mind off of what we are doing.  I need to go check out a gym this weekend.  I am limited on weights at home. I think getting out of the house will help also.  Be among others who are working toward similar goals. TTFN

Night Before our Life Style Change

Sleeping half-moon Ok its the night before we start our Life Style Change.  Not Diet....Life Style Change.  I think we are a bit nervous about our upcoming adventure.  My husband and I are teaming up for the Biggest Loser Million Pound Challenge.  I want to lose 100 pounds and my husband wants to lose 50-60 pounds.  That puts him back at his pre- marriage weight.  I need too look up our recommended weight.  We really need to sit down and decide on a food menu for the week.  Also decide on a workout plan.  He works and right now I am a stay at home mom.  So it will be harder for him to exercise than myself.  We have to motivate each other through this process.  It will be easy for me to motivate him, but I hope I can count on him for the same thing.  So wish us luck for weightloss in 2008.  Will update soon.
